It also allows for complex questionnaire designs, e.g. differentiating exposure control, corresponding entry fields, item and block rotation, as well as plausibility controls. Quality assurance in field work

A team of experienced technicians ensures that each project is conducted in line with the requirements of the customer. The transfer of answers to an additional questionnaire is possible and, in the event that a survey is interrupted (e.g., due to a browser crash), the correct recommencement is ensured.
It is possible to follow the progress in the field at any time. You will be able to see how many respondents have been excluded on account of a particular filter. If necessary, you can also adapt the questionnaire while the field work is underway.




Technical background

Harris Intereactive AG offers the highest level of security for online surveys thanks to its use of SSL encryption. When saving sensitive personal data, we are able to count on a state-of-the-art firewall system, DMZ, an intrusion detection system, and on the fact that we exclusively use Linux at the server level.

The advanced and flexible OTAQ© survey platform also makes it possible to carry out real-time validity checks for individual or combined fields – also in conjunction with previous responses – and ensures that any surveys which are interrupted can be resumed at the point at which the questionnaire was stopped (e.g., in the event of a browser crash).
