Job description:
You will support your colleagues in every phase of implementing studies for renowned international customers and will be exposed to all phases of the project. We frequently take a quantitative approach.
Your profile:
- preferred specialisations: economic and social sciences, business studies, psychology, sociology, economics, information science
- completed foundation studies (Grundstudium)
- sound knowledge of MS Office
- good level of Maths and English
- high level of willingness to learn and perform and self-initiative
Length of work experience is 6 months.

Work experience in IT / Software development (m/ f)
As a provider of international on-line surveys we are offering work experience in our IT unit currently staffed by ten people. The IT unit is a critical success factor on account of the just-in-time implementation of complex survey designs and the constant further development of the basic software used.
Requirements:
- completed foundation studies (Grundstudium) with an emphasis on information science
- skills in Java, PHP and relational databases
- experience in dealing with Eclipse and svn is desirable
- minimum period of work experience: 5 months
During your work experience under the guidance of our experienced software developers you will undertake small sub-projects to further develop our survey software.
